Prior to founding Marauder Land Resources, Vincent Priestly spent five years as Vice President of Land for UpCurve Energy, LLC, a private equity sponsored E&P Operator, where he oversaw all aspects of the company's land and regulatory efforts. During his time at UpCurve, Vincent achieved several accolades, including leading his team to become one of the highest ranked land teams out of the portfolio companies under UpCurve's private equity sponsor. Before Vincent's time at UpCurve, he spent seven years at EnerVest Operating, where he was most recently head of the land department for the Mid-Con Asset Team and was responsible for managing land development strategies and operations across multiple states with acquired assets in excess of $4.5 billion. He also previously worked in the land departments at Hess and BP. During the course of his career, Vincent has spearheaded the development of over 200 wells across multiple states. Vincent holds a BBA with a major in Marketing from Texas State University's McCoy School of Business. He is also a Certified Professional Landman and a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen.
Prior to joining Marauder Land Resources, Nicholas Gastal spent eight years with Toeppich and Associates, with his most recent position being partner. While there, Nick represented upstream and midstream companies in a variety of complex transactional matters, with a principal focus on issues relating to upstream oil and gas exploration, including title examination, mineral and leasehold ownership disputes, managing the curative process, and the negotiation and drafting of agreements and various instruments. Nick also provided operational counsel to land and business development departments at major and independent operators and managed due diligence projects for client acquisitions and divestitures. Before moving into the practice of law, Nick worked as a landman in both Texas and Louisiana. Nick is a proud graduate of Louisiana State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance prior to obtaining his Juris Doctorate at the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas. Nick is licensed to practice law in Texas, Louisiana, and Utah.
Jeremiah Hall serves as Project Manager for Marauder Land Resources, where he directs projects and oversees the implementation of land services. Prior to joining Marauder, Jeremiah spent ten years as owner and manager of Summit Title and Surface Solutions, where he conducted land services in multiple counties across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Kansas, and Arkansas. During that time, Jeremiah successfully worked with numerous oil and gas operators to prepare drilling and development locations, facilities infrastructure, and complex surface and mineral title in both rural and urban areas. Before founding Summit Title and Surface Solutions, Jeremiah spent six years as a Field Landman and ROW Agent managing land services for multiple clients. Jeremiah brings extensive experience managing field landmen and directing land services to Marauder’s management team. Jeremiah is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, where he was awarded the Meritorious Commendation Award, Humanitarian Award, Good Conduct Medal, and other distinguished honors. He is an Oklahoma State University alumni and an active member of the IRWA, OCAPL, YPE, and AAPL.
